Leanne Lemaich is an experienced paddle guide and ecosystem educator with a deep-rooted passion for the natural world. She has been studying fungi for nearly 15 years and holds a certification in mycology from the University of Victoria. Over the past five years, Leanne has been leading fungi identification and foraging workshops, sharing her knowledge with curious nature lovers of all ages. Her engaging teaching style and hands-on approach make her workshops both accessible and enriching, helping participants build confidence in recognizing and responsibly harvesting wild mushrooms.​​​
